Returns and Exchanges
We are only able to replace greeting cards and prints if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case, please email us at email@example.com within 30 days of your purchase. We ask that you please send these back to us in their original packaging. We cannot replace cards that have been written on.
We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return, and will ship out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item, but we will not be able to refund the shipping costs. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We are not able to provide free shipping for returns right now, but for damaged items we will ship your exchange/replacement for free.
